How long does the delivery time last?
We produce most of products directly after your order. In the case of delivery of non-stocked goods, we will deliver them to you within 10 working days. If you have ordered an in-stock product, it is sent within three working days. However, we try to produce and send all orders within 3-5 working days. By ordering clothes from Danyela art collection, which is tailor-made, the delivery time lasts 3 weeks.
How will the goods be delivered to me?
In Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary we deliver goods via the DPD courier service and to the remaining countries of the European Union via the Slovak Post. You can also pick up the goods personally in our studio in Bratislava in Dúbravčická 1. In this case, we will contact you after the production of the products and then agree on the time of personal pick-up. In the case of placing an order from another location than from European Union, please contact us by email at info@danyelaart.com
Is it possible to exchange the product for another? How should I proceed?
You can return the goods to us without giving a reason within 15 calendar days from delivery of the goods to you. However, the possibility of returning the goods does not apply to personalized goods – goods with names, modified design colors, illustrations, hair colors and so on. Returned goods must be not carried and packed in the original packaging or bag. Send the goods to the address: Daniela Pavlíková Danyela art, Agátová 7/G, Bratislava 84102 and attach information about the order number and account number to which the payment will be sent. How can I pay for my order?
In our e-shop, payment by credit cards is possible via the STRIPE payment gateway or on an invoice. If you choose the option of payment on invoice, the invoice for payment will be sent to you no within 24 hours after placing order.
What’s the sizes of clothes?
You can see the table of sizes HERE. All t-shirts we produce are in the classic t-shirt length, not as a crop top. Sizes and specifications of other types of clothing can be found in the description of the product. By ordering clothes from the Danyela art collection, we will tailor the clothes according to your needs. When ordering sewn clothing Danyela art, we ask you to state in the order note your measurements (breasts, waist, hips and height)
What t-shirts do you offer?
You have a choice of two t-shirt cuts – slim fit and regular. Slim fit t-shirts have the composition: 95% cotton, 5% elastane. Regular t-shirts are made of 100% cotton.
Are all products made in Slovakia?
The products printed by ourselves we order from our suppliers from Slovakia but also from abroad. However, In the second part of the process the products are manufactured in Slovakia, as the printing of the goods takes place either at our contracted manufacturer or directly in our studio manually by the Danyela art team. All products that we print are thoroughly tested before being put into the offer and we guarantee you high quality printing, as well as materials and cuts. Do you offer discounts?
By order of higher amount of products, contact us by email at info@danyelaart.com for a quantity discount. We also offer a quantity discount for stag night t-shirt designs. If you want to apply this discount, please check the INVOICE PAYMENT when ordering this product.
Is it possible to order goods with my own illustration / design?
Check this option by email at info@danyelaart.com, where we will be able to provide you an answer according to the current schedule of the author of designs Danyela art. However, we can add some elements or text to designs after agreement by e-mail. Personalization or graphic addition to the design is priced according to requirements and according to the current price list of graphic services.
What is LIVE SKETCHING
Live sketching or drawing live means that our Danyela art is available during the scheduled hours in a studio or other place where she draws live anyone who comes to draw, or registers a drawing date for the event. The portrait that Danyela art will create for you is in the style of fashion illustration and drawing takes about 15 minutes. The portrait is then sent to you on the spot by email or, in some cases, we give you directly the drawing.
As Danyela art does not have the capacity to accept a big amount of personalized orders, this LIVE SKETCHING is an excellent opportunity to obtain your own fashion portrait from Danyela art. What’s the difference between Fashion illustration WORKSHOP and Drawing COURSE?
The fashion illustration workshop is a short three to four-hour course where participants under the guidance of Danyela art, create their own fashion character. This event is ideal as an experiential gift. The workshop is an ideal one-time relaxation for women, the price includes refreshments, a welcome drink, a photo space and most importantly – fashion drawing. The drawing course is a 6-week course, which takes place once a week in the evening and in this course the participants go through the basic types and techniques of drawing.
